Huge congratulations to our friends Jenn and Alan of Baba's House in Oakland California for reaching the incredible milestone of 3 years with their doors open!

Baba's House is an immersive community event space and Asian snack shop in downtown Oakland that is a MUST if you are in the area.

The team at Baba's House opened their doors to the community on November 30th for an incredible event featuring food, karaoke, DJ's and more to celebrate in style.

Calexo is honored to be part of their offerings and thier community.  We can't hold a tune but holy moly is it fun to get on the mike under the cool blue neon lights of their lounge and try to belt out a song or three.

Baba's House regularly holds Mah-Jong nights, Super Smash Brothers tournaments, Adulting Workshops (why didn't we learn how to pay taxes or get health care in school?!?!?!?) and more.  

If you are in the Bay please make a point of swinging by 410 15th St in downtown Oakland and experience Baba's House and their mantra of Legacy, Communty and Muchies for yourself.

We are so impressed with what they have accomplished in 3 short years and hope that they are just getting started!
